SHIPPING

We provide free standard shipping across Australia. For international orders, a $20 delivery fee applies. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility. Our dedicated team processes all shipments from the Byron Bay Hinterland. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

PROCESSING 

As a small business we aim to process all orders within 5 business days. As our products are made in small batches to maintain the best quality, we appreciate your understanding of this. Orders within Australia usually take between 1-7 days after shipment to be delivered. International orders may take as long as 21 days to arrive based on your location. Additional fees such as taxes, duties, and brokerage charges may be required upon delivery, and these are not included in your total purchase price. We cannot be liable for any unexpected delays or extra charges that may arise during international shipping.

MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS

It is important that customers provide a secure and accurate delivery address. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders sent to incorrect addresses or for items that are left, lost, or stolen. Once we have confirmation of delivery, we are not responsible for lost packages, but please contact us right away, and we will assist in tracking down your shipment. If you are sending to a location without a secure place or concierge, we recommend requesting a signature on delivery. To do this, please reach out to us after placing your order. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours after receiving with your order number and photos of the damage for assistance.

RETURNS

Given the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds and exchanges. If you receive a damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos for assistance.
